**Damenkom Return and Refund Policy**

**I. Damenkom's Role and Responsibility:**
- Damenkom is a brand established to restore customer confidence in online shopping. It aims to protect consumers from bad experiences when shopping online for products covered by Damenkom's warranty.
- Damenkom protects consumers and raises awareness of their rights, as well as assists in resolving disputes between sellers and consumers.

We inform you that the requested products are free from defects. However, if a defect is found, Dozn (DOZN) Company, one of the leading modern electronics companies, specializes in after-sales services, including installation, maintenance, and operation of electronic gaming devices, accessories, electronics, and household appliances. It is an authorized service center for many global companies in Saudi Arabia, such as Sony, Hitachi, Samsung, Hisense, Philips, and Panasonic, with 11 branches across the Kingdom. Dozn guarantees to handle any defects in the products after following the return procedures, if applicable, by visiting one of its branches in Saudi Arabia.

**II. Products Covered by Warranty:**
The warranty covers all products except for the following:
- Men's underwear and men's socks
- Women's socks
- Personal care devices: electric shavers, electric hair removers, hair dryers, hair straighteners, personal scales, steam devices, medical supplies, massage devices, dental care, beauty devices, cosmetics, perfumes, skincare products, hair care products, face masks, soaps, shampoos, and shower gels
- Car products: car air fresheners and cleaners
- Sports products: personal-use items like tapes and sports belts
- Pet products, supplies, food, and medicine

**III. When Can a Product Be Returned?**
Customers can return the entire order or a single product from a multi-product order.
Products can be returned in the following cases:
- Defective products
- Products that do not match the advertised specifications
- Previously used products
- Non-consumable products (Consumable products are those with a limited quantity or that are visibly consumed with each use. Examples include: liquids, adhesive tapes, sprays, paste)

**Return Conditions and Procedures:**
- Submit the return request within a maximum of 7 days from the date of product receipt by contacting Damenkom through the official website [https://damenkom.com](https://damenkom.com) and filling out the return request form at [https://damenkom.com/ksa-request/](https://damenkom.com/ksa-request/).
- You will be contacted by phone through customer service. If contact cannot be made, the return and refund process will not be completed unless the form is resubmitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The purchase invoice, product box, and all product accessories must be provided.
- The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, including the brand label, box, packaging, tags, warranty cards, and other accessories, in good condition.
- The reason for return must be valid based on the above terms and does not include a change of mind.

**Return Process and Refund:**
Before submitting a return request on Damenkom's website, you must ensure that the product:
- Has not been damaged while in your possession.
- Is unused, unwashed, and clean, free of stains, and includes return tags (if applicable).
- Is the same product that was delivered to you.
- If the product is delivered to the customer broken, used, or incomplete (visible defect), the request must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

**To request a refund, follow these steps:**
- Provide details of the issue.
- A photo of the purchase invoice, product box, and all accessories.
- A video or photo of the product from multiple angles.
- Customer service may request additional details such as the page where the purchase was made or communication with the seller.

A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours and provide information on the return and refund procedures as follows:

**Return and Refund Steps with Dozn Company:**
- Visit the nearest branch to your location.
- You will hand over the product to Dozn, where it will be inspected. If a functional issue is found, Dozn will repair the product and return it to its original condition if you wish.
- If you do not want the product repaired or if it cannot be repaired, return the product to the branch.
- The returned product will be inspected, and the return reason will be reviewed. You will need to provide your banking details (IBAN - account holder’s name - bank name). These details will be sent to the relevant department for the refund process to be completed.
- The full amount will be refunded within 5 working days after the product is handed over to one of Dozn's branches.
- If the product is not returned, the refund will not be processed.
- For prepaid and installment orders, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer.
