**Damenkom's Return and Refund Policy**

**I. The Role and Responsibility of Damenkom**
- Damenkom is a brand established to restore customer trust in online shopping. Its mission is to protect consumers from negative experiences when purchasing products covered by Damenkom’s warranty.
- Damenkom safeguards consumers, educates them on their rights, and helps mediate disputes between sellers and consumers.

We inform you that the requested products are free from defects. However, if a defect is found, Dozn Company, a leading electronics company specializing in after-sales services, will handle it. Dozn is an authorized service center for many global brands in Saudi Arabia such as Sony, Hitachi, Samsung, Hisense, Philips, and Panasonic, with 11 branches across the Kingdom. The company guarantees the handling of product defects after following the proper return steps, if applicable, by visiting one of its branches in Saudi Arabia.

**II. Products Covered by Warranty**
The warranty covers all products except for the following:
- Men's underwear, men's socks
- Women's socks
- Personal care devices: electric shavers, electric hair removers, hair dryers, hair straighteners, personal scales, steam devices, medical supplies, massage devices, dental care, beauty devices, cosmetics, perfumes, skincare, hair care, face masks, soap, shampoo, and shower gel
- Car products: air fresheners, car cleaners
- Sports: personal-use products such as tapes and sports belts
- Products, supplies, food, and medicine for pets

**III. When Can a Product Be Returned?**
Customers can return an entire order or a product from a multi-product order.
Products can be returned in the following cases:
- Defective products
- Products not matching the advertised specifications
- Previously used products
- Non-consumable products. Consumable products are those with limited quantity or that are visibly consumed with each use. Examples: liquids, adhesive tapes, sprays, paste

**Return Terms and Conditions:**
- Submit the return request within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the product by contacting Damenkom through the official website [https://damenkom.com](https://damenkom.com) and filling out the following request form: [Return Request Form](https://damenkom.com/ksa-request/). Customer service will contact you by phone, and if contact cannot be made, the return and refund process will not be completed without resubmitting the form within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Provide the purchase invoice, product box, and all product accessories.
- The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, including the brand label, box, packaging, tags, warranty cards, and other accessories in good condition.
- The return reason must be valid based on the terms mentioned above and does not include a change of mind.

**Return Process and Refund:**
Before submitting a return request on Damenkom's website, you must ensure that the product:
- Has not been damaged while in your possession.
- Is unused, unwashed, and clean, free of stains, and includes the return tags (if applicable).
- Is the same product that was delivered to you.
- If the product is delivered broken, used, or incomplete (with visible defects), the request must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
